Founded in 2012, La Colectiva is organized around common research and pedagogy grounded in Ethnic Studies methodologies as well as social justice values. Our project draws on a mutual mentoring model and relies on the expertise and knowledge of faculty from inside and outside of UNT.
Mission
La Colectiva aims to provide a space to enhance professional development for Women of Color faculty and continues to offer an environment conducive to the scholarship, recruitment, retention, and promotion of full-time Women of Color faculty at UNT.
Members
